Eric Stoll


Eric has practiced law in Washington for nearly 15 years. He has considerable experience in business and tax planning including not-for-profit, commercial contracts, start-up and emerging companies, mergers and acquisitions, real estate purchase and sale and leasing, estate and probate matters, and estate and business litigation. Before founding Stoll Petteys PLLC, Eric was a tax and business attorney with the law firms of Perkins Coie and Dorsey & Whitney. Prior to law school, Eric was a counselor working with children and families for various not-for-profit organizations. Eric still dedicates a lot of time to community service, including service on the Board of Directors for the Ballard Food Bank and the Ballard Chamber of Commerce.
